The ethicacy of a business is tested when dealing with toxic personalities that provoke and annoy business people. Even though there is a great temptation to strike back and take advantage of toxic personalities many of these people are well prepared to spare in a heightened emotional state where often they win. Sparring can lead to litigation in which the client frames the business person as unprofessional because their responses to provocation were immature. So in defining ethical behaviors for small businessmen ethical rules should clearly define the protocols and decorum's of dealing with toxic personalities.
