Hothead
A hothead is a business person who intensionally uses high emotions to overwhelm the client. A hothead goes well beyond ordinary blustering in terms of his or her emotions as threats of unpleasantness, struggle and even violence are hinted at in their emotions. The client feels intimidated and more often than not is not prepared to fight back. The hothead knows this and uses it against the client to win the struggle. Hotheads many times are involved in fraud, padding time cards, over pricing merchandise and charging for materials and labor not delivered. The threat of their being held accountable for their misdeeds increses the intensity of assault on the client to mask the fraud. Note:
