Fairness decided by emotions and feelings, not by thinking, customs or established rules. Whimsical decisions can be very unfair to clients. Here the really quality products and service are given to clients who emotionally stroke the business person.

Business decisions can be broken up into at least two categories. Decisions made in the prefrontal cortex of the brain and decisions made in the lower parts of the brain. Ethics involves decisions made in the more evolved parts of the brain while morality addresses all levels of thinking particularly the lower parts of the brain.
