Lackluster Performance Lackluster is a moral term to describe an under performing business person. Here, service provider who inflates the value of his or her work produces a lackluster product. Customers visualize in advance what kind of service they are to receive in the initial stages of negotiation of a service or product. In the end what they recieve conflicts with with what they were offered. If one were to evaluate a broad spectrum of ethical attributes of an under performing business their might be a defendable pattern of a business person consciously leading the customer to false expectation for the purposes of greater profits. |
