Greed

A circumstance where the passion for money subordinates ethical consideration and in most circumstances should be considered unethical. It also goes against a professional ethic of growing a business to its maximum potential. A person's reputation sooner or later catches up with them limiting business opportunities. In greed, the greedy person sometimes is only in business for the money and the enjoyment of lying and getting away with it. A business here is seen only as a person's personal sandbox. Business choices here are based on emotions rather than reason and the choices can be quite arbitrary such as a greedy land load extracting more and more out of tenant while doing less and less repairs to the home.

The following are, often the signs of a greedy person that have no regard for law of convention, or fairness because their decisions are only based on what they can get away with and their emotions.

  • Radical Optimization
  • Going Sideways
  • Refunds
  • Shady
  • Tactical Ignorance
