               SIDE

Going Sideways

Two descriptions

1. A term lawyers use when describing defendants who use a paticular way to push the issues at hand aside. Passing the blame to another person.

2. In business negotiations when a deal is broken and the original terms not in force a savvy dealer will keep the deal going with vague promises. Nothing is ever resolved and the terms remain murky. Only a total renegotiation of the deal can stop the sideways movement of dealing. If that deal is broken than there is evident an "infinite regress" (a mathematical term) in which there cannot be a suitable outcome for the client.

Plausible deniability
