Flaying
Flaying is a technique used by criminal enterprises. An example of this might be seen watching a spider killing an insect. The spider flays its victim until it is drained of energy and then goes in for the kill. The same is true of criminal flaying The customer is emotionally "bounced around" so much that they become disoriented and worn out. Then the perpetrator gets the client to sign needed documents. Real estate predators and loan companies will sometimes do this to take possession of an elderly person's property. Flaying also has its physical form. In rough neighborhoods tough guys will flay a hapless victim who has accidentally walked into the neighborhood. They bounce the person around to the point thet are willing to give them their money. Since he or she willingly gives the money away, no crime was committed in the eyes of the law.
