Merchandise that is of high quality and low cost are likely to be stolen merchandise. This is not always the case as there are business that close out product lines. However, the selling of stolen goods does happen, thus, the ethicacy of such actions rests with legal statutes. Businessmen claim ignorance whether it is stolen or not. Somehow they feel released from ethical obligation if they are uninformed. They have Constructive knowledge of its origins that are communicated is such a transaction.
