Burnout When a business owner is burned out, ethical concern can lapse. Since they may have no other way of making a living they hang on living on the fringe of ethicacy. Burnout is always a possibility with a sole proprietor whose has no other person to pick up the slack when they are feeling down. Burnout is a feeling one can work with and overcome.
