Blowback can be seen as the response of a client to aggressive business tacticics, exploiatation, bad work, insensity and the like. When a business person "pushes" profits too far they incite anger and resentment in their clients who fight back verbally, emotionally, or legally. When analyzing conflicts, blowback denotes an initial point of conflict that can spiral out of control and do damage to both parties.
