Arbitrary

Arbitrary: Not reasoning one's actions. The source of an arbitrary issues finds its source in crime, emotions, prejudice, or mental disorders. Arbitrary business people tend to base their decisions on greed and ego rather than on reason and professionalism. Arbitrary decisions concerning the quality, speed of service, and price tend to push the limits of a businesses ethicacy. A bill that does not seem reasonable probably isn't. It was created with pushing the limits of profit in mind.
